| There are six
conference rooms for presentation. Each
session has 3 or 4 talks and will take 90 minutes in total. To
make it easy to remember, each session is assigned an unique
code. |
| The coding rule is DateN-Room , |
| where Date=W (Wednesday),
T (Thursday), F
(Friday); |
| Room= R1, R2, ..., R6 and |
| N is the number to show the order of
sessions take place at Room on
Date. |
| For example, session
code W3-R2 means the third session
which will hold on Wednesday at
conference room R2. In our schedule it
represents Session: Matrix analytical methods I.
|
|
Facilities |
| In each conference room, we
have LCD and overhead projectors and one laptop with floppy and
CD-ROM drivers and USB port as well. However, due to the
possibility of some compatibility issue with different versions
of ".ppt", participant may bring in a hard copy as backup. |
