Pre-registration deadline has been delayed until May 15, 2004. This deadline will be strictly enforced.

Cancellation up to one week before the meeting will be refunded after deducting US$50 processing fee. Nonmember who pays the full registration fee will get a free membership of INFORMS Society on Applied Probability for one year. The following are the  registration rates.
